Living, Learning and Teaching in Taipei was created by John Fotheringham (a.k.a.方靖武 FĀNG JìngWŭ), a linguist, author, and entrepreneur hailing from Seattle, Washington.
John’s obsession with foreign languages, cultures, and martial arts have led him across the globe, including Japan, China, Bangladesh, and now Taiwan. In addition to extensive experience in foreign language learning and teaching, John has also worked in government, translation, the telecom industry, corporate training, voice acting, and web development.
John is a member of the Linguistic Society of America and the Lo Man Kam Wing Chun Kung Fu Federation.
